What I Learned From a Pro Football Player

Today we had a special surprise.  Dylan Gandy is a football player for the Detroit Lions.  He explained how he stays healthy.  He weighs 300 pounds and eats a LOT of meat, fruits, and vegetables.  He also exercises a LOT.    We were so lucky to have such a star come and talk with us at Forest Creek!  Thanks Dylan!
